@torindude2011 You can but I wouldn’t recommend it. Why keep putting harmful chemicals in your body when you can put no chemicals in your body? I hope you switch to ecigs.

@torindude2011 Yes, you can. You might be able to either cut down your regular smoking or completely switch to smokeless cigarettes. Give it a try and let me know how it went.

@xhmoobx Yes, you don’t have to worry about your lungs because there’s no smoke and tar in smokeless cigarettes.

Electronic cigarettes were created to be a harmless smoking alternative. It just so happens that with the help of an e cigarette many people have totally quit smoking tobacco cigarettes and some (like myself) have later switched to 0 nicotine cartridges to smoke even healthier.

Nicotine is not worse than caffeine but it’s better to use it moderately as it is with drinking coffee.

so these are made to help people quit smoking? so this is harmless, does that means I can smoke this and not worry about my lungs?

I smoked for around 38 yrs.Didn’t think I’d ever be able to quit but I heard about ecigs & thought I’d try but got a pk of cigs just n case. It’s been over 21/2 mo. I didn’t smoke the pk I got that day, but give them to hooked smokers that need them since I don’t now! Thanks to ecigs I’m a non smoker. Hurray! Celeste M.

@JCBRAMMER Good for you:) I wish I could do the same for my mom……

ecigfan January 25, 2012 at 2:45 am

@ilsewz It’s funny how similar your experience is to mine. I really don’t feel an urge any more to either smoke the real ones or even puff my ecig – sometimes I forget that I have it for days…and when my smoker friends throw a party, I’ll take it out again ;)

I smoked a pack a day for about 14 years too, tried quitting, found it too hard. Then I got an e-cig to see what it would do, wasn’t too serious about quitting, then when I tried it I thought it was pretty good and I could actually give it a go. I ended up not smoking a real one for over 4 months (and still going!) gave the two packs I still had to someone else :)
Now I don’t need it anymore, feel very free! I only use it now when I’m having a drink with friends or at a party with smokers.

@bacalaitoxxx I started smoking in 1996 and puffed about a pack a day until 2010 when I found out about the electronic cigarettes. Damn, that’s 14 years…I guess you can call this a habit ;)

@bigjack940 can u tell me how its working for u now? i was thinking since a few months ago about this lil things but i dont want to waste $ on something i prob would not get the same feeling in a few weeks.

@speedupmycomputer can u tell me how many years u where smoking normal cigs? (just to know if u did grow a habit of smoking cigs)

bigjack940 January 25, 2012 at 4:23 am

I just got the kit and started using it day befor yesterday, and I recommend it. I’ve been smoking for over 60 years and its different, but I think its going to work. Its about half the cost of what I’ve been spending on 2 cartons of reg cigs, and so far so good.

I’m going to get one of these for my mother, as I can’t get her to try the gum or any other NRT product.

@speedupmycomputer Thanks dude. I wish he would at least try something instead of stinking up the place. My stepmother at least has the decency to do it outside!

Reply

speedupmycomputer January 25, 2012 at 7:15 am

@VirgilwithanE I feel for you! Smoke whatever you want but don’t expose your loved ones to the second hand smoke…that’s totally irresponsible.

VirgilwithanE January 25, 2012 at 8:14 am

I wish I could get my dad to try these! He smokes like a chimney and gives me GBH of the earhole when I complain!

@russskates26 Nope…all ingredients used in electronic cigarettes are safe.

Reply

speedupmycomputer January 25, 2012 at 10:06 am

@theodosis18 Yes. That’s how I keep myself off the real tobacco cigarettes.

my school and school parking lot is smoke free, some students and walking around with these. i think they found the loop hole.

way healthier and hardly no “smoke”

xboxfunnyguy2010 January 25, 2012 at 10:42 am

@NightShadow720 i bought a cheaper brand in a market and i smoke 60 a day (roll ups) and the cheap one made me smoke 10 rollups a day, i am buying this one on citydeal as its 22 euro so fingers crossed.
they have been medically proven to be healthier and they wouldnt be allowed sell them if it was false, but i had the same thoughts you did. best thing is you can smoke them anywhere, pubs, plane and alot more

I have quited smoking 2,5 years ago but I think I will soon restart it. I ‘ve been told that smoking free-nicotine e-cigarette is like not smoking at all and thus by using zero nicotine e-cigarette I don’t restart smoking but it’s something totally different that just ressembles to the ordinary cigarettes. Can be this true?

The amazing thing is the law of combustion. No flame no tar, ash, a reduction of chemicals and most importantly no ODER! Happy Vaping and keep up your great reviews :)
