Question by M.Cornwallis: Are electronic cigarettes harmful?
Has anyone ever tried these things, the companies producing them claim that they are safe. Please help me on this, I have been trying to quit smoking constantly since the past 3 years, but have failed on thousand of occasions, and thus I’m planning to shift to safer alternatives…

im sorry but im in the uk i dont know if we have electronic cigarettes here or ive never seen one, they sound dangerous though,
my friend quit smoking using lollipops!!

Yes I am using it and it works for me. I am not a hardcore smoker (a pack for 2 days). What I do is use the high nicotine for the first week, then use the medium nicotine cartridge for 2 weeks, then the low nicotine for 3 weeks. Right now I am smoking with zero nicotine cartridge and soon I will stop this habits. You need to have strong will and discipline to stop smoking. Safer? I think so, I mean what could be worst than more than 2000 bad component from tobacco
